The SIPAM Information System can be accessed by 3 different categories of users, each enabled to perform certain functions:

- anonymous user: can access the home page and all information on it, such as the news, as well as the Aquaculture projects pages.

- registered user: can access all information in the home page and access the Statistical Reports for the Aquaculture Production Statistics.

- national coordinator: nominated by his/her country, can access all the information in the home page and available databases and submit records on Aquaculture Production Statistics.
